The Brief

This brief was for a fictional brand called Helix starting their own protein smoothie brand. They were looking for a logo design as well as packaging examples for their drinks.

- 1. Energise – Made with Kiwi, Lime, Apple, Pear, and Lychee

- 2. Invigorate – Made with Raspberry, Strawberry, Blueberry blackberry and banana

- 3. Rejuvenate - Made with pineapple, mangos, Orange, peaches, and Coconut

My Solution

For the Helix brand, I developed two logo variations: a full version with the name "Helix" encircled by a liquid swirl to represent both its physical form and drink nature, and a simplified "H" version for smaller applications. The "H" logo uses thinner lines to suggest a subtle liquid motion, complementing the primary logo. I chose the Questrial typeface for its geometric appeal and sheared it to imply movement, emphasising the protein drink's active qualities for its target demographic. The packaging design further reinforces this sense of motion with seamless, circular splatter effects across the bottle and includes iconography, a common feature in competitor protein drinks.
